Hey wait a minute, I read that. I am about to get ready for bed so I can think about supply and demand in economics class at 7:15 tomorrow morning, but am interested in the mortgage solution idea. Still getting used to the time change too. I have to remember what amoritize means again. My accountant used that word. Seems like it was averaging losses to spread out over the years or something. Maybe my subconscious will consider your idea some more while I sleep, but I should have a comment on Wed. Glad to read a very positive, pro-active blog entry too. Glad I checked it before bed.
